Return & Replacement Policy for Buyers

We have 24 Hours return policy; you can return or replace product within 24 Hours from received date.

Return / Replace ordered Product:

You can return ordered product in following cases, If:

  1. Product is not same as shown in website. For example, Incorrect Color / Size
  2. Product is not original
  3. Product is used or not new.
  4. Any Item is missing from Product Set

You cannot return/replace in following cases

  1. Label, Price Tags, Barcode Stickers are Broken or Tampered
  2. If the product or part of the product is used by you.
  3. If the product is broken because of you.

How to return/replace Products:

To return or replace a product, Send an email within 3 days to with following details:

  1. Order Id (You can find order id in order email or sms or from your account)
  2. Mention Return or Replacement
  3. Your Name and contact details
  4. Product Name If there are Multiple items in order.
  5. Reason for return or replacement

Wrocery will have final rights to reject or accept the request of return/replacement.
